Activity

Cátedra Fundación Ramón Areces de Distribución Comercial was born with international scope and pursues the following goals:

1. Provide education at postgraduate level.
2. Organise seminars, series of conferences and develop scientific networks.
3. Devise research programs and reports.
4. Publish and diffusion of research through working papers, papers and books.
5. Set up agreements with Universities of international scope leading to the exchange of students and professors.

With that goals in mind, Cátedra Fundación Ramón Areces de Distribución Comercial has been built as a Research Group within Universidad de Oviedo, whose members form a multidisciplinar team of professors and researchers in knowledge areas related to commerce, retail and distribution, namely Marketing and Civil Law. Its members present a CV with both teaching and researchers related to Marketing in general and Commercial Distribution in particular.
